Rent Subsidy
Each year, we award in excess of half a million pounds in rent subsidy grants. If you are an existing or prospective tenant of premises owned by MK Community Foundation, you may apply for a Rent Subsidy Grant to cover up to 75% of your rent costs.The subsidy is awarded based on community benefit, efficient use of space and financial need.
