Our Properties & Land
In 1992, we established MK Community Properties (as a subsidiary of MK Community Foundation) to manage the substantial portfolio of premises and land (Community Reserve Sites) gifted to us by the MK Development Corporation. This resource was gifted to ensure affordable, good quality and accessible space would remain available to our local voluntary sector.
The portfolio has been a vital asset to the sector ever since, providing rent subsidies to over 30 local charities and several purpose-built developments to charities across the city. The portfolio also includes Acorn House and Midsummer House, our City Centre office blocks, which act as a hub for the local voluntary sector. For more information on the facilities and services available at Acorn and Midsummer House, please click here.
