Raising £1 Million for Milton Keynes
Alongside Baker Tilly, Borneos Solicitors, Beaverbrooks and Hewitsons, Bullerwells will boost the value of their donation through their ‘Endowment Challenge’ scheme which offers match funding from the Government.
Long-term supporter of the Foundation, Lesley Arkin, recently directed an additional donation to help boost the Million for Milton Keynes. Similarly, local singer & voice coach Cheryl Hawkins of Sound Perfect has pledged to donate half of the proceeds they raise through their ‘Christmas Sing’ to the scheme. Fund-raising events like this can be a great way to offer your support.

All levels of giving are vital to this fund-raising drive which will generate a massive cash boost for the city by 2011. The match funding from the treasury means there has never been a better time to give.
If the donations aren’t generated by 2011, the Treasury won’t award the funds and Milton Keynes won’t get the cash it has been allocated, so the Foundation are strongly encouraging all levels of support.
