Corporate & Community Funds
If you want to direct your charitable giving to local issues that your organisation feels passionate about, or towards those issues that reflect your Corporate Social Responsibility objectives perhaps you should consider a Corporate or Community Fund.
Through a Fund your donations could be directed to projects that support specific areas of interest such as issues of deprivation or isolation; educational and skills enhancing projects; community cohesion; cultural, arts or sports projects; local young, elderly or vulnerable people or those with a disability.
Our excellent due diligence, monitoring and evaluation of grants ensures that your donation would be targeted where it would have the greatest positive impact on our community.
Fund holders receive regular updates on the status of their funds along with details of projects that have directly benefitted from their support, while voluntary and community groups that receive funding through Corporate or Community Funds are informed of this support in writing.
Where appropriate, you could see first-hand how your donation makes a real difference to local lives through a ‘Seeing Is Believing’ project visit. For details of our current Funds click here.

'We are passionate about supporting the local community and were delighted to create The Open University Fund. Working with the MK Community Foundation is a great fit because we are both committed to a long term partnership and to meeting the growing needs of our local voluntary sector. ' (Edith Prak, The Open University)
‘This targeted support of important local community groups enables NHBC staff to become more involved in our Corporate Responsibility programme and to see the direct benefits in their own communities. The result is that we have a more engaged and more motivated workforce.’ (David Marchant, NHBC)
‘The project visit was invaluable in providing insight into how donations made via the Shoosmiths Fund are put to good use by local charities and has strengthened our commitment as a firm to continue to support the work of the MK Community Foundation.’ (Aisha Abdallah, Shoosmiths, pictured above on a project visit to Tower Drive Archery Club which supports adults with learning difficulties)
