Becoming a Member
In 2009/10, we awarded over £500k to the local community through our grant-making programme. We currently have over 200 individual and corporate supporters who make the level of our giving possible.
You can become an individual member of the Foundation for as little as £10 per month. By committing to become a member, you are enabling us to forward plan our grant-making programme and depending on your level of giving, you can choose to direct your giving to a specific local cause.
Whichever way you choose to support us, we target the money you give, to the local projects that will benefit from it most. You can be assured, your donation will enhance the lives of people who live here both today and in the future.

Corporate Named Fund Holders
The Fund will bear your Company's name and is invested by the Foundation to provide an annual income to award in grants. We have several types of Named Fund in our portfolio:
Funds for the Future - designed to meet the unknown needs of future generations. Grants are awarded each year on the interest these funds earn.
Funds for Today - the benefits of these funds are making an immediate impact on our current grant-making programme
Hybrid Funds - These funds allow donors the flexibility of supporting both our current year's grant-making activity and building funds for the future.
